What is a microgreen? Microgreens aren't too well known right now, but are becoming increasingly popular among people trying to eat a healthier diet while seeking non-GMO produce grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizer. They are baby versions of familiar plants, allowed to grow for a couple weeks before the tender sprouts are harvested. We currently grow broccoli, kale, sunflower, peas, and radish microgreens.
